My arms plunge free of the frozen earth,
Relief for the chance of a new birth
I rejoice as the transitions begin
Sun imbues my face
I receive it’s grace
I stretch these limbs, effortlessly serene
Years of dirt shake away
My skin renewed this day
The shackles broken now, I am pristine
I will chase these rainbows and sunsets
I’ll race night to her place with no regrets
We’ll worship the Sun and remain sanguine
